Job Qualifications

  • two years of work or related experience preferred
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Timeliness-station ready to work at scheduled time and proper uniform
  • pacing work at a brisk and steady pace with organized and efficient steps
  • strict adherence to 100 percent recipe knowledge during preparation and production
  • accurate portioning using scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and performing portion control tests
  • maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and all equipment to a like new condition with clean as you go practice
  • productivity measured by quality and quantity of work completed in specific time frames
  • demonstrating strong organization skills and thinking ahead by stocking supplies before rush periods
  • teamwork and cooperation with colleagues
  • maintaining a safe working environment adhering to all OSHA guidelines
  • safe food handling practices
  • receiving, rotating and stocking food items
  • providing prep support as needed
