Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to follow instructions and company policies
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- No driving required
- Flexibility to work shifts as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to follow detailed cooking procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills including internet and MS Word

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipe standards
- Ensure chicken is cooked to food safety standards
- Assist cashier and pack line operator as needed
- Maintain times and freshness of chicken and sides
- Stock cabinets with fresh products
- Properly discard food waste
- Follow company standards and procedures to fulfill orders
- Keep kitchen and working areas clean
- Wash dishes during slow periods
- Heat or prep side dishes for current or next day
