Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must have mobility to move and operate in confined work areas
- Must be able to work inside and outside the restaurant
- Must be able to read and understand tickets, recipes, and product specifications
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout shifts of 4 to 8 hours
- Must be able to hear well in a loud environment
- Must meet state, county, or municipal health regulations for food handling
- Must be able to work with potentially hazardous chemicals
- Must tolerate extreme temperature changes in kitchen and freezer areas
- Must meet uniform and grooming standards
- Must be able to pass all required tests and training
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Must possess excellent guest service skills
- Must be dependable and able to learn and follow instructions
- Must have reasonable oral and written communication skills in English

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cooking or food preparation experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong understanding of menu items and product knowledge
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills including units of measure
- Commitment to upholding brand standards and company policies
- Physical capability to handle kitchen demands including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present food to order following established company brand standards guidelines and recipe specifications
- Follow correct prepping procedures, utilizing prep charts
- properly store and rotate perishable stock
- Maintain proper food temperatures in accordance with brand standards and food safety regulations
- Prepare special orders as requested
- Maintain stock to shift par levels
- Organize and maintain work areas, coolers, and storage areas
- Assist with product inventory and deliveries as needed
- Clean and take proper care of kitchen equipment including ranges, ovens, broilers, fryers, griddles, and utensils
- Adhere to all safe food handling principles
- Complete side work and deep cleaning assignments correctly and timely
- Monitor waste and food cost controls
- Address complaints and concerns promptly and courteously
- Assist service assistants periodically
- Willingly assist others without being asked
- Provide prompt and courteous service to team members and guests
