Job Requirements

  • Must be physically able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted
  • occasionally lift or move objects over 40 pounds with assistance
  • experience in food preparation and presentation
  • knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • basic arithmetic skills
  • eligible to use base facilities
  • submit proof of eligibility by closing date
  • open to all applicants with preference eligibilities considered
  • no education substitution allowed for experience

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation and presentation in grills, snack bars, restaurants, or clubs
  • ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • knowledge of food service equipment operation and cleaning
  • ability to season food appropriately and determine food doneness
  • basic arithmetic skills
  • experience working safely in a food service environment
  • experience in customer service settings
