Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframe
- follow menu cycle noting changes or substitutions made on proper form
- clean and maintains a neat safe working environment including the kitchen and food service areas
- comply with state sanitation codes
- maintain inventory control places food orders verifies that items are received appropriately and restock appropriately
- ensure that resident food preferences are known and followed
