Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and or move up to 30 lbs
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Responsible for the preparation of food items
- work in designated line cook positions such as Salad, Fry, Dessert, Sauté, Grill, and Make Up
- maintain equipment and cleanliness of your work area
- work as a team to achieve preparation and delivery standards
- commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts
- prepare food using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications
- practice food safety and sanitation, restock kitchen and cook line stations throughout the shift
