Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Ability to stand walk or sit for extended periods
- Physical ability to bend twist pull stoop and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Availability to work full time evening shift
- No supervisory experience required

- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- Weigh measure and mix ingredients
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality and presentation standards
- Operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
- Monitor food quality and test food to ensure proper cooking
- Set up and break down workstation and maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Serve food in proper portions and onto proper receptacles
- Check and ensure correctness of temperature of appliances and food
- Follow safety and security policies and report maintenance needs accidents injuries and unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Stand sit or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 25 pounds
- Perform other job duties as assigned by supervisors
