Job Requirements

  • Evidence of training or experience to perform the work of the position
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities through detailed resume descriptions

  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week or part-time equivalent
  • Preferred but not required culinary certificate or degree

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary guidelines

  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and tools
  • Follow established recipes and portion controls
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area
  • Work with minimal supervision to meet meal service schedules
