Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Chili's recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure food quality and safety by following proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to meet order demands efficiently
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management
- Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
