Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates from kitchen to tables
- Must be able to safely use a ladder
- Previous experience in a similar cook role
- Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure the highest quality of culinary services for our guests
- Quickly, safely, and efficiently prepare food in accordance with preparation and execution standards
- Follow established portion control procedures to minimize food waste and maximize profitability
- Accurately utilize technology to recognize and complete food ticket orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area including equipment, countertops, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, labeling prep items, receiving supplies, and notifying management of shortages or discrepancies
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain efficient workflow and communicate effectively for timely meal preparation
- Assist with dishwashing and food prep duties as needed
- Maintain a high degree of cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Follow all safety procedures
- Execute opening and closing procedures
- Remove trash, safely operate a trash compactor, and ensure cleanliness of the trash compactor area
- Perform other duties as assigned
