Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
- able to work in hot and cold environments

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Responsible for the preparation of food items
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- work in various line cook positions such as Salad, Fry, Dessert, Sauté, Grill, and Make Up
- ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- prepare food using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications
- restock kitchen and cook line as needed
- collaborate with team members to meet preparation and delivery standards
