Job Duties
- Assists in the preparation of daily meals following specific menu instructions
- prepares salads, sandwiches, soups, starches, and handles fruits and vegetables safely and hygienically
- arranges serving trays and replenishes serving lines to ensure availability of food during meals
- operates, cleans, and sanitizes kitchen areas, equipment, and tools
- properly stores food and leftovers according to safety regulations
- participates in food preparation and serving for special catered events
- maintains professionalism and adheres to Bancroft's code of ethics
