Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a current food handlers card or ServSafe certificate
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- Must have a current food handlers card or ServSafe certificate
- On-call bartenders must have a current OLCC Service Permit
- Catering experience is preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years or older for the cook position
Job Duties
- Common knowledge of how a fast paced kitchen functions and operates
- Accurately prepare food customer orders in a prompt and courteous manner
- Quality and consistency of food / quality and volume of work
- Flexible schedule
- Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors and employees
