Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation of daily meals including salads, sandwiches, soups, starches, and meats
- Prepare food for serving and replenish serving lines throughout meal times
- Review production schedules to determine food and supply needs
- Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, equipment, supplies, and tools
- Properly store food and leftovers following food safety guidelines
- Participate in preparation and serving for special catered events
- Maintain a positive professional image and adhere to ethical standards
