Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or cooking beneficial
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- no travel required
- able to make sound decisions using critical thinking
- ability to work under supervision
- reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- familiarity with internet and basic computer applications like MS Word
- ability to follow recipe and safety standards
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to adapt to changing work demands
- good organizational skills
- willingness to complete required company training on time
Job Duties
- prepare and cook food items according to recipe standards
- ensure chicken is cooked to food safety standards
- maintain accurate timing on chicken and side dishes
- assist cashier or packline operator as needed
- keep cabinets stocked with fresh products
- properly discard food waste
- follow company standards and procedures to fulfill orders
- maintain a clean and sanitary working environment inside and outside the store
- wash dishes during slow periods
- heat or prep side dishes for current or next day
