Job Duties

  • Responsible for the preparation of food items
  • Work in various kitchen stations including Salad, Fry, Dessert, Sauté, Grill, and Make Up
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness
  • Work as a team to meet food preparation and delivery standards
  • Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Prepare food using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications
  • Practice food safety and sanitation, restock kitchen and cook line as needed
