Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cooking or food preparation experience helpful but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, portions, and specifications
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
