Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Experience as a cook in a hotel, resort, private club, restaurant or similar institution preferred
- Servsafe certified preferred
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Availability to work full-time hours including some evenings, holidays and Saturdays
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
- Collaborate with culinary staff to develop menu items and daily specials
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with residents and staff
- Assist in training new kitchen employees as needed
