Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Experience as a cook in a hotel, resort, private club, restaurant or similar institution preferred
  • Servsafe certified preferred
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to pass a background investigation
  • Availability to work full-time hours including some evenings, holidays and Saturdays
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach

  • Servsafe certified preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of food quality

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
  • Collaborate with culinary staff to develop menu items and daily specials
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with residents and staff
  • Assist in training new kitchen employees as needed
