Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties
- Vision abilities including distance, close, color, depth, peripheral, and ability to adjust focus
- Must successfully complete Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
- Must comply with company policies prohibiting drugs and alcohol in the workplace
- Must be willing to work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience a plus
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food preparation and quality
Job Duties
- Responsible for the preparation of food items
- Work as a line cook in Salad, Fry, Dessert, Sauté, Grill, and Make Up stations or as a kitchen prep cook
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness of surroundings
- Work as a team to achieve standards in preparation and delivery of food items
- Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift
- Prepare food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specs with management direction
- Practice food safety and sanitation and restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift
