Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties
  • Vision abilities including distance, close, color, depth, peripheral, and ability to adjust focus
  • Must successfully complete Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
  • Must comply with company policies prohibiting drugs and alcohol in the workplace
  • Must be willing to work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience a plus
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for food preparation and quality

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the preparation of food items
  • Work as a line cook in Salad, Fry, Dessert, Sauté, Grill, and Make Up stations or as a kitchen prep cook
  • Maintain equipment and cleanliness of surroundings
  • Work as a team to achieve standards in preparation and delivery of food items
  • Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift
  • Prepare food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specs with management direction
  • Practice food safety and sanitation and restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift
