Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and or move up to 30 lbs
  • able to work in hot and cold environments
  • ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties
  • vision abilities including distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation preferred but not required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • good communication skills
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

  • willingness to learn and develop cooking skills

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the preparation of food items
  • work on stations such as salad, fry, dessert, sauté, grill and make up
  • maintain equipment and cleanliness
  • work as a team to achieve food preparation and delivery standards
  • commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
  • prepare food using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications
  • restock kitchen and cook line as needed during the shift
