Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and or move up to 30 lbs
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time during essential job duties
  • Vision abilities including distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral
  • Ability to adjust focus

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the preparation of food items
  • Maintain equipment and cleanliness of surroundings
  • Work as a team to achieve standards in preparation and delivery of food items
  • Committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Prepare food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications
  • Practice food safety and sanitation
  • Restock kitchen and cook line as needed
