Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cook in a hotel or restaurant
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP)
- Store food properly and monitor stock levels to minimize waste
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies
- Coordinate with kitchen team members during service for timely food delivery
- Comply with hotel policies, health regulations, and safety procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors
