Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of experience working all stations in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Valid Food Handlers Card for states including California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety procedures
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality food
  • Physical stamina for kitchen work

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of assigned cooking stations including setup, stocking, cooking, and dish presentation according to recipes
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients in meal preparation
  • Ensure proper recipe is displayed and followed on monitors during cooking
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools
  • Follow food safety procedures and proper PPE use to maintain a safe work environment
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking equipment operation, maintenance, and cleaning
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Alert chef team immediately about any product, equipment, or food safety concerns
  • Focus on multitasking and guest satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively in English with basic Spanish skills considered a plus
  • Collaborate as a humble, trusting, and passionate team player
  • Build lasting relationships based on trust and respect
  • Create a fun and positive kitchen atmosphere
