Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years previous cooking experience preferred
  • ability to work full-time or part-time schedules including weekends
  • capability to follow federal, state, and corporate food preparation standards
  • physical ability to perform cooking tasks and maintain a clean work environment
  • availability to work flexible hours as needed
  • willingness to comply with safety and hygiene regulations
  • readiness to participate in ongoing training and safety meetings

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum of 2 years cooking experience preferred
  • ability to prepare food following standardized recipes
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • commitment to safety and proper food handling procedures

Job Duties

  • prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and meeting outlined standards
  • uses established ticket collection procedures during service
  • cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
  • keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat
  • operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
