Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some culinary schooling preferred
- 0-3 years of related work experience
- equivalent combination of training and experience
- ServSafe certification and/or Food Handlers Certification or enrollment in certification course preferred
- weekend and holiday availability
- ability to work varied shifts

Job Duties
- Prepare food items to meet quality and quantity standards
- handle food following sanitary and recognized food preparation standards
- present oneself professionally in the dining department
- ensure resident satisfaction in the dining services
- work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- collaborate with kitchen and dietary teams
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
