Job Requirements

  • ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
  • able to work in hot and cold environments

Job Duties

  • responsible for the preparation of food items
  • work in various kitchen stations including salad, fry, dessert, sauté, grill, and makeup
  • maintain cleanliness and equipment in your work area
  • collaborate with team members to meet food preparation and delivery standards
  • follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines
  • prepare food using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications
  • practice food safety and sanitation, restock kitchen supplies as needed
