Job Duties
- responsible for the preparation of food items
- work in various kitchen stations including salad, fry, dessert, sauté, grill, and makeup
- maintain cleanliness and equipment in your work area
- collaborate with team members to meet food preparation and delivery standards
- follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines
- prepare food using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications
- practice food safety and sanitation, restock kitchen supplies as needed
