Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with Oakmont Management Group's health and safety policies including COVID-19 vaccination, screening, and PPE

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Proven ability to execute dishes flawlessly and timely
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Passion for hospitality and culinary arts
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals from scratch following seasonal menus
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet community standards
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and residents
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to create exceptional dining experiences
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
