Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food preparation or related role desirable
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
  • Ability to work early shifts or flexible hours
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as deep fryers and ovens
  • Must be nonexempt under FLSA status
  • Must have good attendance and punctuality
  • No travel required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Physical ability to handle kitchen hazards and varying work conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
  • Ability to use internet or apps
  • Familiarity with internet explorer and MS Word is helpful
  • Ability to work with supervision and make sound decisions
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipe standards and food safety guidelines
  • Assist cashier and packline operators as needed
  • Maintain accurate cooking times on chicken and side dishes
  • Ensure cabinets are stocked with fresh products
  • Properly discard food waste according to procedures
  • Follow all company standards and procedures to prepare and fulfill orders
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and working environment
  • Wash dishes during slow periods
  • Heat up or prepare side dishes for current or next day
