Job Requirements

- POS user experience required
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Current Food Handler's Certificate required
- Current ServSafe Manager's Certification or ability to attain within first 90 days

Job Duties
- Prepare all meals for residents, guests and associates
- Ensure highest quality of seasonally prepared meals is served daily
- Maintain excellent sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Use POS system for meal preparation and tracking
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and dining staff
- Adhere to food safety regulations and certification requirements
- Assist in inventory management and kitchen organization
