Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and create new menu items, considering customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet established standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and maintain a positive and productive work environment
