Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Comfortable with managing competing priorities in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Ability to multi-task
- Existing knowledge of food safety procedures preferred
- Outstanding time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently with all the kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in collaboration with the team members
- Food handler’s license a plus
- Hard-working and adaptable

Job Duties
- Set up workstations with all the necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
- Check quality of ingredients
- Prepare ingredients for the day’s usage
- Cook various menu items according to restaurant recipes
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and organized environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly and at the correct temperature
- Check kitchen inventory and restock items as needed
- Assist other team members
- Report any mishaps in the kitchen to management
- Help in the unloading of deliveries
- Adhere to all food safety standards
