Job Requirements

  • ability to lift and or move up to 30 lbs
  • able to work in hot and cold environments
  • ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing job duties
  • vision abilities including distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral

  • willingness to adhere to company policies including drug and alcohol prohibitions

Job Qualifications

  • previous cooking experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • good communication skills
  • willingness to learn and follow recipe specifications
  • basic math skills for portioning and measuring

Job Duties

  • responsible for the preparation of food items
  • work in various kitchen stations including Salad, Fry, Dessert, Sauté, Grill, Make Up, and Kitchen Prep
  • maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness of the workspace
  • work as a team to achieve food preparation and delivery standards
  • adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation protocols during shifts
  • prepare food using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipes under management direction
  • practice food safety and sanitation, restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout shifts
