Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a high-heat fast-paced environment
  • Must be reliable punctual and maintain a positive attitude
  • Must be available for early morning shifts and occasional weekends or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of kitchen experience preferred
  • Fine dining or steakhouse experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of proper food handling sanitation and knife skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be reliable punctual and maintain a positive attitude
  • Must be available for early morning shifts and occasional weekends or holidays

Job Duties

  • Execute daily prep lists for all kitchen stations including grill saute fry sushi and dessert
  • Maintain consistency and quality according to DiamondBacks recipes plating standards and portion guidelines
  • Properly label date rotate and store all ingredients following HACCP and food-safety procedures
  • Set up and break down prep and line stations efficiently and with attention to cleanliness
  • Assist in receiving and inspecting product deliveries for quality accuracy and freshness
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with chefs fellow cooks and dish team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Uphold DiamondBacks standards of appearance professionalism and hospitality in all back-of-house interactions
  • Support culinary leadership in special prep projects features banquets and private dining events as assigned
  • Maintain equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
