Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
- Availability to work part-time and seasonal hours
- Ability to adhere to federal, state, and corporate food safety standards
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and safety standards
- Basic food safety knowledge including HACCP standards
- Good communication skills

- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature and visually appealing
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains accurate records
- Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies
- Reports maintenance needs and faulty equipment to supervisor immediately
- Attends in-service and safety meetings
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and managers
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures
- Follows HACCP standards
- Demonstrates personal commitment to safety and abides by all company safety policies including glove use and proper lifting techniques
- Performs other duties as assigned
