Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of cooking experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Operate various kitchen equipment to prepare food
  • Measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, and shred ingredients
  • Trim and cut meat, poultry, and fish
  • Control food waste, loss, and usage
  • Assist in food cost management
  • Prepare shift pars and line setup
  • Start pre-prepared food items as needed
  • Assist in special function food production
  • Filter oil in deep fat fryer daily
  • Store and rotate food deliveries
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and areas
  • Follow sanitation and safety standards
  • Avoid cross-contamination
  • Perform other duties as assigned
