Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals according to Touchmark's standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality meal service
  • Educate residents and staff on healthy food options
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in inventory management and food storage
  • Support other kitchen staff as needed
