Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Plate dishes ensuring quality and presentation meet guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure efficient service
- Monitor food inventory and communicate needs to management
- Follow all food safety and sanitation policies
- Assist in training new kitchen employees as needed
