Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, screening, and PPE use as mandated by regulatory guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a line cook in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to prepare dishes with precision and within time constraints
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Passion for providing excellent service and creating exceptional culinary experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh, high-quality meals from scratch using seasonal and local ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station in compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to execute daily menus efficiently and accurately
- Interact warmly and professionally with residents and guests to enhance their dining experience
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and company policies
- Participate in training and growth opportunities to improve culinary skills
