Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and maintaining food temperatures
  • uses established ticket collection procedures and maintains records during service
  • cleans kitchen and stores or discards excess food per safety procedures
  • keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
  • operates and maintains kitchen equipment
  • assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies
  • reports maintenance issues and attends safety meetings
  • maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers
  • performs job safely while maintaining a clean work environment
  • ensures proper presentation and adherence to HACCP standards
  • complies with company safety policies such as using protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes
  • performs other duties as assigned
