Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs
- must have sufficient mobility to move and operate in a confined work area
- must be able to work inside and outside the restaurant
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
- must meet state, county, or municipal health regulations related to food handling
- must be able to pass required tests and training
- must be able to work with potentially hazardous chemicals
- must tolerate extreme temperature changes in kitchen and freezer
- ability to stand and walk 85 to 95 percent of the shift
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- basic math skills including understanding of units of measure
- ability to observe and ensure food preparation meets brand standards
- excellent guest service skills
- ability to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing
- dependable with ability to learn and follow instructions

Job Duties
- Prepare food according to Denny's recipes and brand standards
- honor guest requests for special orders
- maintain cleanliness and complete side work
