- High school diploma or GED
- One years’ experience in preparing meals in a food service facility
- No disqualifying events on criminal background check
- No disqualifying events on Health Care Workers Registry
- Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test

Job Duties
- Prepare food for participants in accordance with dietary regulations policies and procedures regarding food preparation sanitation and participant care
- Complete thorough cleaning of all food service areas and appliances according to department schedules policies and procedures
- Maintain current diet order for each participant adequate supply of staple and emergency food recipe files menu substitution records food purchases and inventory of food items
- Maintain accurate and updated records of diets supplement lists adaptive equipment
- Administer medications per physician’s order and document the same in the record
- Escort and advocate for participants on medical appointments ensuring medical paperwork and new orders are forwarded to the RN and House Manager
- Escort participants on community activities facilitate their full inclusion act as a representative of Park Lawn and ensure safety during activities
