Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including days, some weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines
- Reduce food waste through careful preparation and portion control
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
