Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- food handler certification preferred
- ability to work nonexempt hourly shifts
- knowledge of food safety standards
- good physical stamina
- ability to work standing for long periods
- no supervisory experience required
- must be able to perform manual kitchen tasks safely
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- basic computer skills including internet, MS Word and Internet Explorer
- ability to follow recipes and food safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipe standards
- assist cashier and packline operator as needed
- ensure chicken is cooked to food safety standards
- maintain proper cooking times for chicken and sides
- keep cabinets stocked with fresh products
- discard food waste properly
- maintain a clean working environment
- wash dishes during slow periods
- heat or prep side dishes for current or next day
