Job Requirements

  • must be able to lift and carry objects weighing 40 pounds or more
  • availability to work flexible shift schedules including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations
  • must be physically able to stand, walk, stoop, reach, push, pull and bend for long periods
  • some experience in food preparation at grill, snack bar, restaurant, or similar
  • ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • must not require education substitution

  • ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • knowledge of food service equipment operation and cleaning
  • ability to season food and judge doneness
  • physical stamina to frequently lift objects up to 40 pounds and remain active for long periods
  • ability to work shift hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare and present food items in a grill or snack bar setting
  • follow oral and written instructions for food preparation and safety
  • operate and clean food service equipment
  • season food appropriately and determine when food is done
  • lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
  • stand, walk, stoop, reach, push, pull and bend for extended periods
  • provide customer service during shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
