Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years of culinary arts experience in a food service setting
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate English sufficiently
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Availability to work full-time shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associates degree in Culinary Arts preferred
  • Three years of culinary arts experience in a food service setting
  • ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and menu plans
  • Review menus and production sheets to plan cooking schedules
  • Ensure meals are ready at specified times
  • Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
  • Follow food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments
  • Assist with catering events and special functions
