- experience as a cook for less than 1 year
- experience in food service for less than 1 year
- food handlers card certification
- ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts
- commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- prepare hot foods for patient trayline,cafe,and functions including entrees,vegetables,starches,and bakery items
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- adhere to local health department regulations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- assist in inventory management and food storage
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production needs
- participate in rotating shifts as scheduled
