Job Requirements
- Must have a current food handlers license
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Previous experience as a busboy, washer, waiter, cook, or relevant work experience is preferred
- Must be able to stand and move during the length of shift, bend and kneel through shift
- and lift up to 35 pounds, or more, routinely

Job Duties
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained in the kitchen
- Assist with inventory management and ordering kitchen supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and caregiving staff to meet residents’ dietary needs
- Maintain proper food storage and handling procedures
- Assist with kitchen cleaning duties as required
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report any malfunctions
