Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours
- No supervisory role required
- Must be physically capable of handling kitchen duties
- Ability to maintain a clean working environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- Basic food handling knowledge
- Ability to follow recipes and safety standards
- Good communication skills
- Team player with adaptability and accountability
- Basic computer skills including internet usage and MS Word
- Ability to work under supervision and make sound decisions
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food to recipe standards including chicken and sides
- Assist cashier and packline operator as needed
- Ensure chicken is cooked to food safety standards
- Maintain cooking times for chicken and sides
- Keep cabinets stocked with fresh product
- Properly discard food waste
- Follow company standards and procedures to prepare and fulfill orders
- Maintain a clean kitchen and work environment
- Wash dishes during slow periods
- Heat up or cook side dishes and prep for upcoming service
