Job Requirements

  • A commitment to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
  • possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • excellent attendance history
  • be able to lift and or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time
  • maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

Job Qualifications

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • demonstrated ability to maintain excellent attendance
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
  • passion for excellent food and hospitality
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Touchmark standards
  • maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • educate residents and team members about healthy food options
  • ensure meals are beautifully plated and meet quality presentation standards
  • collaborate effectively with culinary and service teams
  • adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • contribute to maintaining a positive and professional kitchen environment
