Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food to recipe and safety standards
- Assist cashier and packline operator
- Ensure chicken is cooked to food safety standards
- Maintain cooking times for chicken and sides
- Keep cabinets stocked with fresh products
- Properly discard food waste
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the kitchen
- Wash dishes during slow periods
- Heat and prep side dishes for current or following days
